1:00pm - Free Time: Swimming and other recreational activities

3:00pm - Afternoon Stretching Program

3:30pm - Afternoon Workout

4:45pm - Post-Workout Lake Front Swimming

6:00pm - Dinner

7:00pm - Inter Cabin Competitions: Puzzles and games (Prizes awarded)

8:00pm - Free Time: Movies, Canteen, Karaoke, Tie Dying

11:00pm - All Athletes in Cabins

11:30pm - Lights Out: Coaches Serenade
